Parking & Transport

Customers wishing to pre-book car parking at Olympia can only do so online by credit card in either, the multi storey (P3) or motor rail (P4), car park by logging onto www.olympia.co.uk. This system is ticket-less so don’t forget to bring the credit card used for booking your car parking with you.

UK Security Expo is FREE to attend if you register online before registration closes at 11.59pm 28th November 2017

8 conferences are included in your FREE pass but this excludes the Global Counter Terror conference, please see below for prices.

Can you register onsite?

Yes, onsite cost: £99 +VAT per day must be a security professional and bring proof (business card etc). We recommend early arrival.

All persons attending UK Security Expo will be asked to produce supporting photo identification in additional to their 'print at home' badge. Acceptable photographic identity documents include: Passport, UK/EU Driving License, Military ID card, National Identity Document.

Is there a cloakroom for bags and coats?

Yes, a cloakroom service is provided during exhibition open days. The cloakroom is situated to the right of the main entrance. The cloakroom will be open from half an hour before the show opens until half an hour after it closes each day. There is a charge per item left each day.

Is there a cash point?

Yes

Are there any facilities for disabled people?

Yes, there are disability accessible toilets throughout the exhibiton hall, Olympia Grand has a wheelchair lift in the foyer for access to the exhibition floor and there are eight wide bays on the lower ground floor of the multi-storey car park at Olympia London. There is a ramp from there to ground level.

How do I register staff passes?

This can be done through the EZone. The username and login are given to the main account holder. You will need to login by clicking the EZone button on the bottom right of the page in the footer and then following the steps to register staff and customers.There is no staffing limit.

Where can staff collect wristbands?

Please ensure that you register your contractors on the E-Zone on the UK Security website. This needs to be done for any person working on your stand who will not have an exhibitor badge. Your contractor will then be checked on site and issued with a wristband by security. These are valid during build-up and breakdown only.

How do I invite customers, clients or VIPS?

Through the EZone- click the link to register staff and customers

Exhibitor delivery enquiries?

All items to be delivered into the venue must be clearly marked. Deliveries will only be accepted during tenancy times and any early deliveries will not be accepted by Olympia. On the breakdown night all items must be remove that night and cannot be left for collection the next day.
